Privacy Policy

At Moessner Family Relocation, we prioritize your privacy and strive to collect and store only the minimum information necessary to provide our services. Transparency and simplicity guide our approach.

Visiting this website

This website runs on Cloudflare. Technical data such as your IP address is processed to deliver the pages and protect the website.

We do not use cookies for statistics or advertising. To see which pages are read, we count page views anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without tracking your activity beyond this website. Your browser simply remembers two settings for the video at the top of the page: which clip played last and whether you paused it. These stay on your device, and you can delete them at any time.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process your name, phone number, email address and message in order to answer your enquiry. By sending the form, you consent to this processing.

We use two services for this. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the enquiry comes from a person, and processes technical data from your browser and your IP address to do so. Resend delivers your message to us by email and keeps a delivery log. Both providers process this data for these purposes only, including outside Switzerland.

Your message is not stored on the website itself. To prevent abuse, we only count enquiries per IP address, and this counter is deleted after 24 hours.

We will only retain your details for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or comply with legal requirements, after which they will be securely deleted.

If you prefer not to transmit electronic data, we encourage you to contact us by phone instead.
